You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, place a paid store order, book a consultation, or order a patrika. Parents or guardians may submit a minor’s birth data only to obtain guidance for that child.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

If Google sign-in is offered, you authorise us to receive your name, email, and Google account ID from Google. You can stop using Google sign-in by disconnecting access in your Google account settings and contacting us to close or convert the local account.

Consultations, patrika documents, and related content are spiritual and classical astrological guidance for reflection and planning. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychiatric, or other professional advice, and they do not guarantee any specific outcome.

You remain solely responsible for decisions you make after receiving guidance.

Product prices are shown in Indian Rupees. Payment is collected through Razorpay or other gateways we enable. An order is confirmed when payment succeeds and we send a confirmation.

Shipping timelines are estimates. Risk in physical goods passes according to the carrier’s practices once the parcel is handed over. If an item is unavailable after payment, we will refund or offer a substitute with your consent.

Consultation bookings require an available slot and successful payment unless staff create a desk appointment with a payment link. Online sessions use a meeting link we provide (Zoom, Google Meet, or a pasted link). In-person sessions take place in Pune at the time booked; the jataka must attend in person within that window.

A patrika order is a document preparation service, not a timed session. Submitting birth details opens an order that our team drafts, generates, reviews, and shares. Sharing the finished PDF closes the patrika order.

You must provide accurate birth data. Approximate birth times may limit precision; we may advise rectification but are not obliged to guarantee chart accuracy when source data is incomplete.

You agree not to:

Deshpande Panchang branding, site design, panchang text, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Purchased printed goods are yours to keep; digital downloads are for your personal use only unless we state otherwise in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on astrological guidance. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, appear fraudulent, or create security risk. You may stop using the site at any time and may ask us to delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
