What do I need to share when booking?
Your exact date, time, and place of birth. If you're unsure of the time, share the closest range you know — we'll guide you on rectification.
How is the patrika delivered?
After the session your final patrika is prepared and uploaded to your dashboard. You receive an email with a download link and the consultation summary.
Can I reschedule a booking?
Yes, up to 24 hours before your session. You'll find the reschedule option inside your dashboard alongside the original booking.
Is the video session recorded?
No. Online sessions are private and not recorded by default. You may take your own notes during the consultation.
What languages can I book in?
The site and consultations are available in three languages: English, Hindi, and Marathi. Use the language menu in the header to switch the site, and choose your preferred language when you register or book.
